Current projects1. Evidence based oral care practices among ICU nurses (in cooperation with the Israeli Cardiology and Critical Care Nurses Society)
2. Moral distress among nurse middle managers (in collaboration with the Israeli Nursing Ethics Board)
3. Intensive care nurses perceptions of palliative care and the death and dying process (projects with several masters students)
4. Physician nurse interdisciplinary decision making and collaboration in the ICU and in Palliative Care
5. Bullying among ICU nurses (in cooperation with the Israeli Cardiology and Critical Care Nurses Society)
