The Unit provides video and multimedia production, recording and editing facilities for teaching, presentations, documentation and research to the Faculty of Medicine teachers and researchers.
The Unit encourages the use of multimedia and video in Education and advises the Faculty in all the various multimedia topics.
Dozens of researchers and teachers in the preclinical and clinical courses, use the studio facilities in counseling, recording, editing and production.
In the studio we have a large collection of videos and photographs collected from many sources of great historical and educational value.
The Unit performs various researches on the relationship between Cinema and Medicine and Science.
