Prof. Eli Keshet won the 2023 IsSDB career award
Prof. Eli Keshet from the Faculty of Medicine has been awarded the 2023 Career award by the Israeli Society for Developmental Biology in recognition of his major scientific contributions in the field of vascular biology. Prof Keshet’s discoveries have gained fundamental insights on the mechanisms of blood vessels formation (angiogenesis), insights that have contributed to the development of treatments of boosting or, conversely, restraining the process in the context of multiple pathologies.
