The Granot lab

Our lab studies neutrophils, the most abundant white blood cells in the human circulation. These cells were traditionally considered to be a homogeneous population of terminally differentiated, short lived cells with limited functional plasticity. Recent advances in our understanding of neutrophils demonstrate that this perception of neutrophils should be revised. Our lab is using cutting edge technologies to provide novel insights into neutrophil diversity and function in health and under pathological conditions.
