The Abisch-Frenkel program, operated by the Hebrew University Faculty of Medicine, aims to train the next generation of scientific leaders, which will be at the forefront of the biomedical research in Israel and the world.
The program offers outstanding graduated students a dedicated PhD training track in the fields of human diseases, the molecular mechanisms underlying them, and advanced strategies in identifying and treating diseases.
The program is a collaboration between the Hebrew University and the Abisch-Frenkel Foundation in Switzerland & Germany, which works to encourage excellence in medical research.
