Launch of the Sagol program for Specialization in Occupational Therapy for Promoting Functioning and Health for Older Adults

On April 27, 2023, we launched the Sagol program in Occupational Therapy for Promoting Functioning and Health for Older Adults.

This groundbreaking specialization is the first in Israel in occupational therapy. It focuses on understanding the factors that affect the functioning and health of older people.

The launch event took place in the presence of the Honorable Dr. Sami Sagol and his spouse, Ms. Tova Sagol, Prof. Asher Cohen, President of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem; Mr. Yossi Gal, Vice President for Advancement and External Relations; Mr. Ram Semo, Director of the Division for Advancement & External Relations; Prof. Dina Ben-Yehuda, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine; Faculty members of the School of Occupational Therapy and the students from the first cohort of the program.
