Occupational therapy students join action in the Western Negev

Occupational Therapy students
The exciting collaboration between the School of Occupational Therapy and the Advot nonprofit has launched a new cohort: nine fourth-year students will undergo their final stage of practical training in the western Negev. The training program includes professional guidance and support, and the development of clinical tools for working in the community with a population that suffered the worst imaginable on October 7.
It is important to note that 80% of the students from the first cohort of this training program stayed to work in the area, and a year later, 50% of them had even moved to live in the communities around the Gaza border.
