Fourth year students start their final clinical practice
Prior to starting their final clinical placement, 4th year occupational therapy students participated in a case study workshop. Students were exposed to a range of case studies relating to pediatrics, mental health, physical and geriatric fields of practice. They were given the opportunity to use clinical reasoning, practice using different assessment and intervention tools under the careful watch of the staff of the school. Students simulated different situations to provide hands on learning. We wish the students the best of luck as they commence their final placement and are sure they will have a meaningful learning experience.
