The Home Observation Pediatric Evaluation (HOPE)
is an Occupational Therapy assessment of activity and participation of children with disabilities based on home videos. Parents record their children performing 3 activities (including ADL, leisure and school activities ) at home and send via what's app to the occupational therapist. The scoring was developed based on the ICF model (on a 1-5 likert scale), with scores for participation, activity independence, environmental factors, personal factors, and body functions: sensorimotor, and executive functions.
