As the first School of Public Health in Israel, the Hebrew University-Hadassah Braun School of Public Health and Community Medicine has 60 years of experience in training public health professionals. The International Master’s in Public Health, IMPH, a program within the Braun School of Public Health, has awarded MPH degrees to over 1000 graduates from more than 100 countries around the globe since 1970.
The IMPH program welcomes students from all over the world who are either currently engaged in the public health field or those planning to get involved in the future. The student body typically includes physicians, nurses, other health professionals, economists, social scientists, and those interested in public health from other disciplines. Our students' wide range of cultural backgrounds and work experiences coupled with our demanding curriculum and unique setting, create an environment which is scientifically challenging and culturally stimulating.
IMPH graduates return home at the completion of their training and take their careers to the next level; often taking on leadership positions in government, academia, and humanitarian organizations, working to improve global health at the community, country, and regional levels.
